Litigation Support Analyst Job Opening

Top5 Inc. is currently recruiting for:

Litigation support analysts to work at all levels of experience with one of our most important clients in the downtown Washington, DC area. The successful candidates will work in support of large-scale anti-trust litigation activities for federal agencies.

The key component of this job is experience with Concordance (NOTE: Will train on Concordance if youahve good computer skills)

All levels of experience will be considered up to and including:

Responsibilities:

  • Load scanned documentation into Concordance databases

  • Code and configure Concordance search criteria for loaded information

  • Support overall Concordance implementation while in use by various federal and private attorneys

Candidate should Possess:

  • Minimum 1 years experience supporting Concordance database activities in a litigation support environment. This experience should reach beyond the basics of searching and using the application.

  • Proficient in Windows and Office 2000/XP Team player who can work independently.

  • Experience in large-scale litigation support projects within law firm or corporate environment.

  • Familiarity/expertise with current electronic discovery practices PST*s, PDF*s, TIFF*s

  • Administrative knowledge with current litigation support applications, including (but not limited to) Concordance, Opticon and iConnect.

  • Knowledge of relational databases, verifies structure and manipulating data desired.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as primary litigation support point of contact for legal teams.

  • Experience with large litigation projects, defined as over 50 million pages reviewed and produced.

  • Technical aptitude required

  • Willingness to take "hands on" approach and problem solving

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail is critical.

  • "Get it done" attitude.
