Small, congenial, but fast-paced family law firm seeks friendly, motivated and reliable individuals for the following immediate positions:

1. Legal Assistant. Duties include managing attorney calendar, answering phones, drafting/revising correspondence, scheduling appointments, conference rooms, court reporters, etc. Previous secretarial experience preferred. Legal experience a PLUS. Open to college students as well. Must have reliable transportation. P/T Position (est. 20-30/wk). Flexible Hours. Opportunity for growth to F/T.

2. Paralegal. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, drafting discovery, preparing discovery responses and documents, preparing exhibit notebooks, summarizing deposition transcripts.
