Job Description: The candidate will be assigned to one of the office’s litigation teams, working side-by-side with a team of paralegals and attorneys in an environment that is increasingly dependent on technology. The candidate will conduct factual and legal research, analyze legal documents and administrative records, draft legal documents, provide assistance in trial preparation and perform related administrative and clerical duties.
Job Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and computer literacy required. The applicant should have the ability to multi-task, respond to last minute requests, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Previous legal experience a plus, but not required. Selected candidate must undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test. U.S. citizenship required.
Salary: Salary depends on education and experience. The possible range is $39,330 (GS-7) through $48,108 (GS-9).
