Litigation Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience for a very highly regarded law firm conveniently located near Farragut North and Farragut West Metro stations. This position requires a BA/BS degree together with 3-5 years of strong litigation experience including document review, organization, management and production, preparation for trial (attendance at trial would be a plus), cite checking, Bluebooking and Shepardizing experience, availability for overtime and minimal travel as well as effective oral and written communication skills. Solid computer skills including document management databases such as Kroll or Concordance are requirements for this position. Overtime is about 10 hours a week with more expected during trial. The firm has a 35 hour workweek and has a great team environment. Excellent benefits and an outstanding bonus structure.

A fantastic law firm is looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, someone who is very smart, personable and has leadership skills. The firm handles large and small litigation cases across the country and the cases do tend to go to trial - where they've had great success.
They need a paralegal to join a case in progress and this person will definitely take a leadership role. The successful candidate will have a BA and litigation experience as follows:
- knowledge of how to conduct a document review and production
- have trial or trial prep experience - there is minimal amount of travel, usually occurring when cases go to trial
- have effective communication skills to be utilized in status reports on various ongoing projects to attorneys
The candidate must be flexible to work OT (10 hours of OT is not uncommon). Must be able to work well with others in a team environment. Must have strong cite-checking, proofreading, and blue booking skills. An ideal candidate would be someone who likes to cite-check and who can pick up inconsistencies within a brief.
The firm has great benefits, including a 35-hour work week and OT after 7 hours in a day. This person will work with a great team of paralegals who are very helpful. Experience range of paralegals on the team is 3-18 years, some of whom have been with the firm for 8 or more years.
